Tesalys systems combine a TESASHRED™ shredder with a steam autoclave that operates at 135 °C to securely inactivate infectious materials, all within a fully enclosed unit.

The shredding process cuts solid waste into small (8–10 mm) pieces, reducing its volume by up to 80% and weight by up to 50%.
Sealed, Safe, Traceable Cycles
Treatment happens in a sealed compartment, with automatic decontamination between cycles, 0.2 µm filtration for exhaust air, and thermal decontamination of liquid effluent.
Validated Efficacy
Tesalys has validated its sterilization cycle (8-log 10 reduction) according to international standards (EN ISO 17665-1, EN 554) and the French NF-X30-503-1 standard.
